Innovative Health Systems Inc. (IHS) is the strategic management of the Innovative Care Network (I-CARE Network). IHS operates as the Board of Directors, organizational governance committee, and sustainability committee while functioning as an Executive Leadership Management System (ELMS).

Community Behavioral Health Authority

Community Behavioral Health Authority (CBHA) is a non-profit organization that is the legislative branch of the Innovative Care Network (ICN). CBHA operates as the administrative and human resource management of Innovative Care Network.

Innovative Care Provider Network

Innovative Provider Systems (IPS) serves as the branch of providers within the Innovative Care Network (ICN). IPS consists of Innovative Behavioral Health LLC (IBH); Innovative Behavioral Solutions LLC (IBS); Innovative Home Health Services (IHHS); Innovative Addiction Services LLC (IAS); Innovative Child & Family Services LLC (ICFS); and MediCab LLC.
